Corrections

We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we correct it as soon as we can confirm the error.

What we do

• Factual errors such as a wrong name, figure, title or date are fixed in the story, with a note at the end saying what changed and when.
• Serious errors that change what a story means are corrected the same way, and the note says so plainly.
• Stories we cannot stand behind are withdrawn.
• Spelling, grammar and formatting are fixed without a note.
